Guillem sought Alfalaunch’s expertise in creating a functional, user-friendly Shopify store to better connect with parents seeking balance in their everyday lives.

Consultation Call: Understanding the Brand
We began with a detailed consultation call to gain a deep understanding of Daycare Duties’ mission, target audience, and desired outcomes for the new Shopify store. This step was crucial in shaping the design and development process to reflect the brand’s values and goals.
Figma Design
Our design team crafted a Figma mockup for the entire store that prioritized simplicity and usability:

Home Page: Designed to communicate the brand’s core mission with clear messaging and visually engaging elements.

Subscription Section: A dedicated area for users to sign up for recurring services like diaper and wipes delivery, making the process as simple as possible.

Figma to Shopify
Once the Figma design was finalized, we moved to the development stage, seamlessly converting the design into a fully operational Shopify store. The Minimog Premium theme was chosen for its versatility and ability to handle custom features needed for Daycare Duties.
Shopify Development
During the development phase, we focused on:

Responsive Design: Ensuring that the website was fully optimized for all devices, allowing busy parents to easily navigate the site on mobile.
Subscription Setup: Implementing a subscription model for essential products like diapers and wipes to offer convenience to parents.

Klaviyo Forms Integration
We integrated Klaviyo forms to enable easy email list capture. This allowed Daycare Duties to engage visitors and build a database for future email marketing campaigns, helping convert leads into subscribers.
Email List Capture
In addition to the forms, we connected Klaviyo to capture and manage the growing email list. This setup allows Daycare Duties to nurture relationships with parents by sending personalized offers, updates, and tips via email.
